About ValWise
Why ValWise Uses a .org Address
ValWise is a for-profit practice. ValWise.org is its public home.
The .org address reflects the purpose and organizing spirit of the work; it does not mean ValWise is a nonprofit or tax-exempt organization.
ValWise is operated by JAIMA LLC dba ValWise, a Utah limited liability company.
Purpose and business can share an address
The work is commercial: ValWise helps organizations improve how they communicate, serve customers, and sustain responsible growth. The choice of a .org address expresses an organizing belief—that business can create practical value while remaining attentive to people, communities, and the long view. A web address is not a statement of tax status.
ValWise earns revenue through commercial services and products, beginning with customer-lifecycle work for multi-location service firms. Those payments support the business and Valerie Wise’s livelihood. Valerie may separately contribute time or resources to public-benefit projects; ValWise does not promise that a fixed share of client fees is donated.
A clear financial boundary
Payments to ValWise are business payments, not charitable donations, and ValWise does not represent them as tax-deductible. Related public-benefit work has its own verified legal host, terms, privacy notice, and financial path.
A clear information boundary
Business inquiries stay within the ValWise business relationship. A person who wants information from a related public-benefit project may choose that separately. Interest is never assumed or transferred silently.
The operating idea
ValWise exists to help useful work move through the world with greater clarity. That starts with a grounded commercial promise: understand the customer journey, improve one important path, keep people responsible for consequential judgment, and scale only when the evidence supports it.
