Trust & Security

Trust & Security

Client-owned accounts, human approvals, and every number tied to its source — with a security roadmap in progress.

How we work today

Current practices

Client-owned accounts

Work happens inside your accounts and systems. Data, ad accounts and assets stay in your name. Nothing is held hostage by a vendor relationship.

Least-privilege access

Team members get the minimum access their role requires. Access is returned at engagement end per standard engagement terms.

People approve

Nothing publishes without a person's sign-off in your own portal. Approvals are recorded.

Every number has a source

Each figure in reporting links to where it came from, with its date.

AI use

AI assists drafting and production. A person reviews everything before it is used or published. Policy: no client personal data is placed into public AI models.

Compliance-aware review

Advertising for regulated categories (including Fair Housing) goes through a human compliance review step before launch.

Accessibility

ValWise is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA. This site is built and tested toward that standard, with ongoing improvement.

Security review

Security review
