Chrome and maple values are material references. Their photographed appearance depends on lighting. Existing website color tokens remain distinct from this presentation and bowling palette.

Typography

Playfair Display provides the website’s editorial headings; Inter supports body copy and navigation. Existing review pages use IBM Plex Sans. Presentations use Arial. Keep captions editable, use sentence case and give text generous space.

Photography

Use glossy deep turquoise, vivid warm maple and polished silver chrome. The slight retro character stays in the alley and paper scorecards. Keep modern color, realistic equipment scale and a clear view of the action.

Bowling source image cards

Preparation, scoring, equipment and strike imagery for our planned commercial. Pins represent objectives; a strike represents coordinated execution. These are generated visual references; machine and collision details need physical validation for finished video.

Val Wise — visual brand and bowling continuity

Revision: 2026-10-03. Scope: website, presentation and planned bowling commercial.

Authority and files

Use the existing supplied VW brush monogram unchanged for flat identity. Its source is logo-source.png, extracted from the approved presentation. Website uses the same official mark at https://media.base44.com/images/public/69ebf4aeaf60babab4ac7ebf/89dc4535c_VW.png. Never recreate the mark with a typeface. The chrome engraving is a photographic material treatment of the mark, not a replacement flat logo. The VALWISE engraving below it is a commercial object treatment, not an approved replacement wordmark. Keep logo artwork separate from editable text.

Use image-index.csv for card number, purpose, dimensions and filenames. Source/ contains generator originals; PNG/ and WebP/ contain website exports. Preserve original generation prompts in generation-manifest.json. Carry this guide and the master object image into every subsequent image/video job. Reference images guide appearance; they are AI-generated visual concepts, not measured engineering drawings or footage of fabricated physical equipment.

Logo rules

Use the supplied navy-square/white mark without alteration. Minimum clear space on all sides: one quarter of the mark's displayed width. Recommended minimum display width 48 CSS px; use 96 px or larger for hero/brand-guide applications. Keep square aspect ratio; no stretching, rotation, fake redraws, clipped brush edges, gradients on flat logo, shadows or outlines. Use the original navy backing for reliable contrast. The chrome engraved VW may be used on the bowling ball, opposite the fingerholes, with realistic curved-surface perspective. Do not put chrome effects on navigation or text logos. A mark plus adjacent editable 'Val Wise' name may be used as a layout lockup; preserve generous spacing.

Color systems

The established presentation palette remains: navy #092844, cream #F6F2E9, teal #1E817D, muted text #486777. Primary text is navy on cream; use white on navy. Teal is an accent, never the only indicator of status.

Bowling material extension: deep turquoise #007D86, bright turquoise #008E9A, chrome silver base #C7CED3, warm maple representative #B8783C. These are art-direction references, not claims that photographed wood/metal have a single solid color. Chrome needs real light/dark reflections; shiny turquoise needs resin depth and specular highlights. Use the bright turquoise mainly in images and large accents; small body text stays navy.

Current live website token system is separate and must not be silently restyled by this guide: primary HSL(218 46% 20%) = approximately #1C2D4A; secondary HSL(180 51% 36%) = approximately #2D8B8B; background HSL(210 33% 98%) = approximately #F8FAFC; accent HSL(40 52% 48%) = approximately #BA903B. Review pages use their existing scoped theme. Website palette values here derive from src/index.css; do not confuse those with presentation or bowling extensions.

Typography

Website: Playfair Display 500–700 for editorial headings; Inter 400–600 for body, navigation and labels. Existing review pages use IBM Plex Sans; keep that scope. Presentation: Arial, bold headings and regular body, preserving original service slides. Brand guide and card labels use Arial/Inter-compatible sans serif. No retro display fonts, chrome body type, excessive all-caps, or rendered-image captions. Website body 18–20 px, line height around 1.5; desktop H1 48–64 px and mobile 34–42 px; use responsive wrapping. Deck titles around 40–48 px and image captions around 22–26 px. Keep captions editable and outside photographs.

Master bowling ball

Card 13 is the master logo-side reference. Sphere: regulation-style bowling ball, glossy deep turquoise marbled resin. Chrome silver VW engraved on the LOGO hemisphere, small VALWISE underneath. Exactly three fingerholes in a conventional two-finger/one-thumb pattern on the opposite hemisphere (card 14). Logo-facing shots normally hide the holes; holes-facing shots hide the logo. Never place holes next to the logo to make both visible. Keep ball diameter, marbling direction, mark scale, engraving depth and reflection style stable between shots. Cards 15 and16 show a three-quarter view and engraving detail. These generated views are artistic continuity references, not a literal 3D reconstruction; for animation lock the master object and check rotation, scale and engraving frame by frame.

Photography and equipment

Strong modern, vibrant maple wood; polished chrome silver; shiny deep turquoise; white regulation-style tenpins with red neck bands. Slight retro character belongs only to alley architecture and old paper scorecards. No faded grading, sepia, neon fantasy lanes or retro typography. Use plausible equipment proportions and contact shadows. Camera should reveal wood board seams, dark aiming dots/arrows, recessed gutters and realistic chrome return racks. Raised bumpers are low gutter boundaries. Assist ramps slope DOWN and AWAY from the high near cradle toward the lane. No crossbars across an active lane. Cleaners and merging flows are intentionally designed commercial/process concepts; they are not manufacturer reference assets.

Ten-pin racks have ten pins in four rows (1,2,3,4). Strike start targets the pocket beside the headpin, not a fabricated arrangement. Active strike pictures show plausible contact and falling pins. Pins symbolize objectives and coordinated work, never customers or people. For production-grade video, verify exact pin count/layout, hole drilling, return mechanics, ball scale and collision physics against real-world references before final footage. Generated imagery is not a substitute for physics validation.

Allegories and commercial strategy

| Bowling image | Business meaning | Suggested editable line | | --- | --- | --- | | Clear aim / lane arrows | Audience, offer and checkpoints | Set the aim. Check the route. | | Audit scorecard | Baseline and evidence | Know where you stand. | | Cleaning | Remove stale inputs | Start with checked information. | | Polishing | Editorial quality and human review | Refine before release. | | Merging partner flows (8) | Complementary inputs after quality review | Bring strengths into one useful flow. | | Manual lane / assist ramp (12) | Informed choice and optional support | Choose the support you need. | | Bumpers | Scope, permissions and operating boundaries | Keep the work within agreed boundaries. | | Return machine | Feedback and reuse of knowledge | Bring learning back into the process. | | Pocket contact | Alignment of preparation and timing | Put the pieces in position. | | Active strike | Coordinated execution | A clear plan. A coordinated release. | | Single-pin spare | Address one remaining gap | Focus the next action. | | Rack reset | Review, learn and repeat | Reset with what you learned. |

Suggested commercial sequence: audit → clean → polish → aim → supported launch → partner flows → boundaries → pocket contact → active strike → score review → return → reset. End with a calm master ball/logo shot and an editable real service call to action. A strike is a metaphor, never a guarantee of revenue, ranking, leads or other business results. Do not fabricate customer testimonials or score totals. Tie language to the approved service narrative: evidence, customer questions, human review, useful website answers, coordinated channels and measured cycles.

Export and usage

Wide cards: 1500×844 px (at least500 px tall). Square new object cards:1500×1500 px. Original untouched square principles:1200×1200 px. Prefer WebP for page load and PNG/source originals for video preparation. Keep ball and pin contact points inside safe crop area; use object-fit:contain for source reference cards, cover only when composition survives cropping. Supply descriptive alt text. Keep each card's business explanation and any claims editable outside the image. Regenerated cards8 and12 supersede their earlier images.

Change control for future agents

Read this file before changing the gallery, brand page, commercial or deck. Preserve the service slide text/tables/notes. Record new image prompts and any continuity exceptions. Do not silently change the live site's fonts or global tokens. New logo redraws, altered identity palette, claims of guaranteed results, literal diagrams generated as photographs, and mechanical inaccuracies require correction before production use. Distinguish concept imagery from photographic engineering references. /brand is intended as the public visual standards page; verify publication separately from source edits.
